Jason came out within 30 mins of me calling him. Did an initial survey and quoted me a price for the work required which he completed 2 days later. Very helpful, gave good advice and left everything clean and tidy when finished. Would highly recommend.

Found these on Google after trying a number of company what was going to charge me £120+ just for a call out fee. he has come out and fix my the problem for a great price and hasn’t charged me a call out fee, he’s use his cameras, checked the drained and even taken the toilet out for the price one company was going to charge me for a call out fee. They really really values his customers

Had been getting quotes for a repair to a broken soil pipe on our Edwardian property when I contacted Jason.
Others had been vague, Jason was very straightforward. He explained his method and was happy to answer questions. It’s a family run business and it shows. They came around to ours the next day to give a professional inspection of the job and explained issues found along with suggested solutions. After weighing up the cost to benefit we agreed the works to be completed and price.
Jason worked to complete the job within our budget and in a timely manner. He communicated throughout by phone msg and pics.
If an issue came up it was swiftly addressed. One example was the concrete finish which had shrunk away a bit and created a trip hazard. He came back next morning to sort it before calling the job complete.
The finished product has solved more problems than what we called them for. Recommended!

I found Jason on MyjobQuote, thankfully. I say thankfully because I do not believe that any other trades person could match the end product that Jason and his team accomplished. I wish I had taken befoe photos of my bathroom to show you all but I just didn't think about it. What I have now is a complete bathroom refurb including bathroom suite and accessories. Jason and his team were prompt, clean, polite and gave excellent customer service at all times. They disposed of the old bathrrom suite and tiles, Jason even came across an unexpected issue, rang me with a resolution which took all the stress and worry out of the situation. We contact Paul Scott Drainage Solutions as we were aware of our drains being made from pitch fibre and not in best condition so wanted this replaced to prevent any issues in the future. We also had vermin issues and hoped they could take a look at the drainage system whilst carrying out the drain replacement as we believed there was an issue where an extension had been built by the previous owners. Our degraded pipe ran to a manhole in our neighbours garden under her shed, Jason helped to explain the situation to our neighbour and even gave the shed a fresh coat of paint as as way of thank you for letting them move her shed to carry out the work. A redundant pipe running under the extension was also identified by Jason which we believe has been the cause of the vermin issues. The team were able to cap this off properly and after about 3 weeks of the works we haven't had any more noises! Jason & his team were prompt, polite hard working. Thank you very much!

I was quoted for a complete refurbishment of my downstairs toilet area. They were able to do everything from fitting a new light, to laying new flooring and everything in between! They sourced all the materials needed and the standard of work was so good my neighbour has now had them to do a similar job for her! The workmen were friendly and very professional. I also happened to mention I needed an old greenhouse and shed taking down and they were able to quote me for that too! A very versatile team!

It is so refreshing to find there is a company that lives up to what it says on its site. J&J were prompt in their reply, came and inspected the job then got it done quickly and efficiently and at a reasonable cost (which is more than can be said about a large building firm from Elvington we've been dealing with). I was impressed by their thoroughness and attention to getting everything right and going beyond what you get from bigger companies.
